Citadel Trustees Launches Fractional Consultancy Service

In response to an increased volume of enquiries regarding shared leisure structures, Citadel Trustees Ltd has developed a bespoke Consultancy Service for developers new to the industry who are interested in finding out more.

Drawing on more than 25 years experience, Citadel not only offers its own in-house skills and extensive knowledge within the business, but also works in partnership with a select group of outside consultants, which facilitates the delivery of a one-stop solution to the developer.

Recently, Citadel has seen an increase in demand for its bespoke Stakeholder and Escrow Services, which also adds considerable credibility to the end product, affording protection to both the purchaser and the developer. Through these services, Citadel is able to receive the funds from the purchaser and to distribute same according to pre-agreed release criteria, ensuring firstly, that the consumers purchase monies are fully protected, secondly, that any agent involved receives his commission and thirdly, that the developer receives the corresponding balance to the sale.
